Service for systems installed by iCTI is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By responding to your telecommunication needs we know that you can respond to YOUR customer’s needs.
Need maintenance after installation? iCTI will perform maintenance, as necessary, on all equipment and systems we install. At the customer's request, a maintenance schedule can be extended to cover the customer's equipment as well.
